Built for club nights

Everything a night needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Releases that go on sale on time, links for your crew, and numbers you can actually see.

Scheduled releases

Line up first release, second release and final release, each going on sale at the time you set.

Secret links

Hide a release behind a link or a code for your guest list, your crew or the people who came last time.

Promoter codes

Give each promoter their own discount code, and see how many times each one's been used.

Extras at checkout

Sell a drinks bundle or a VIP upgrade with the ticket, paid for before anyone reaches the bar.

Meta Pixel built in

Add your Pixel and every ticket sale is reported back to your ads, through the browser and the Conversions API.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so the DJs and the deposit are covered.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until the party's over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays the DJs, the venue and the ad spend before the night.

Questions

Club nights, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can I schedule ticket releases?+

Yes. Add each release as its own ticket with its own price and number available, and set when each one goes on sale.

Can I give my promoters their own codes?+

Yes. Create a discount code for each promoter, as a percentage off or a fixed price, and see how many times each one is used.

Does it work with my Meta ads?+

Yes. Add your Meta Pixel and ticket sales are reported back through both the browser and the Conversions API, so your ads can optimise for real purchases.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Covered takes 7% per ticket (minimum 30p), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed to your own Stripe account separately.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
