Built for comedy
Everything a night needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Releases that go on sale on their own, codes for your regulars, and a full room even when you sell out.
Early birds and releases
Sell an early bird, then schedule the next release to go on sale at a set time, automatically.
Discount codes
Give a code to your mailing list or a promoter, as a percentage off or a fixed price, on the tickets you choose.
Cabaret tables
Running it seated? Draw your room and each party is given a real table, so groups sit together.
A waitlist when you sell out
Guests leave their details. If a ticket comes back, the next in line gets an email and a head start to book it.
Check-in at the door
Scan tickets with the free Covered Entry app on as many phones as you need.
Paid every Monday
Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so the acts are paid without dipping into your own pocket.
Payouts
Paid every Monday. Not after the event.
The big ticketing platforms hold your money until the night's over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That covers the acts and the room hire before the doors open.

Questions
Comedy nights, answered.
When do I get paid?+–
Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.
Can I sell early bird tickets?+–
Yes. Add an early bird ticket with its own price and number available, then schedule the next release to go on sale at a set date and time.
Can I run a seated show with tables?+–
Yes. Choose seated when you create the event, draw your tables, and each party is given a table as they book.
Can I offer a discount to regulars?+–
Yes. Create a discount code, as a percentage off or a fixed price, for the tickets you choose, and share it however you like.
How much does Covered cost?+–
Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Covered takes 7% per ticket (minimum 30p), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed to your own Stripe account separately.
Can I take bookings on my own website?+–
Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
