Supper club ticketing

Every seat sold. Before the first course.

Table plans, wine pairings and group bookings where everyone pays their own share. Money goes into your own account every Monday, so the ingredients are paid for before you cook.

Your menu, your table plan, your guests. Booked and paid for before anyone sits down. No deposits to chase, no spreadsheet of who's sitting with whom.

Built for supper clubs

Everything a dinner needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A supper club isn’t a gig. Every guest has a seat, every party wants to sit together, and the menu is planned around exact numbers.

Table plans

Draw your room once. Each party is given a real table, and your team can see who's sitting where.

Group bookings

One person holds the table and friends each pay their own share. Nobody fronts the bill for eight.

Wine pairings and extras

Sell a wine flight or a bottle for the table as the guest books, so it's ready when they sit down.

Secret links for regulars

Hide a release behind a link or a code, so your mailing list gets first pick before it goes public.

A waitlist when you sell out

Guests leave their details. If a seat opens up, the next in line gets an email and a head start to book it.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so the produce is paid for before service.

Group bookings

The table for eight, sorted.

One friend books, then spends a fortnight chasing the others for their share. With Covered, each guest pays for their own seat.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until the evening's over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays for the produce before you start the prep.

Questions

Supper clubs, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can guests book a whole table together?+

Yes. A guest chooses their party size and is given a table from your plan. Or one person starts a group, the table is held, and friends each pay their own share from a link.

Can I give my mailing list first access?+

Yes. Hide a ticket release behind a secret link or code and send it to your regulars. Nobody else sees it until you make it public.

What happens when I sell out?+

Guests can join a waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person in line gets an email and a head start to book the seat before anyone else.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Covered takes 7% per ticket (minimum 30p), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed to your own Stripe account separately.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
