The Fixr alternative
Your ticket money.Every Monday.
Fixr pays you after the event. Covered pays into your own account every week while you're still selling, with group bookings and table plans built in.
You shouldn't have to fund your own event while someone else holds the takings. On Covered, guests pay you directly, and the money's in your bank before the doors open.
Payouts
Paid every Monday. Not after the event.
Fixr pays out once your event has finished and it has received the cleared funds, usually three to five business days later. Until then, the DJs, the venue and the ad spend all come out of your own pocket. On Covered, ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every Monday.

From each platform’s published payout terms, October 2026. Eventbrite: Can pay during sales once you've already run and been paid for a paid event with them. Skiddle: Can pay as you sell through your own Stripe account, without Skiddle's protections. Fatsoma: Payouts are requested by the organiser and take up to 3 working days to arrive. Covered: A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies the business.

Questions
Switching, answered.
Is Covered cheaper than Fixr?+–
For tickets under £48, yes, even once card processing is counted. Above that, Fixr's fee works out a little lower, because it includes card processing and Covered's 7% doesn't. What you get for it on Covered is the money in your own account every Monday, rather than after the event.
When does Fixr pay out?+–
After the event, usually three to five business days after it finishes, once Fixr has received the cleared funds. On Covered, every organiser is paid every Monday from their first sale.
Can I move from Fixr to Covered?+–
Yes, and there's nothing to migrate. Create your next event on Covered, connect Stripe and share the new link. Tickets you've already sold on Fixr stay valid there, so most organisers switch from their next event.
How much does Covered cost?+–
Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Covered takes 7% per ticket (minimum 30p), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed to your own Stripe account separately.
Can I take bookings on my own website?+–
Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
