Built for cocktail bars

Everything a night needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Fill the room on the nights that need it, with the tables and the timings you already run.

Arrival slots

Stagger guests across the evening, so the bar isn't hit all at once.

Real tables

Running it seated? Draw your room and each party is given a real table, so groups sit together.

Group bookings

On seated events, one person holds the table and everyone else pays their own share.

Extras at checkout

Sell a welcome drink or a bottle for the table with the booking, paid for before anyone reaches the bar.

Check-in at the door

Scan tickets with the free Covered Entry app on as many phones as you need.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so stock and staff are paid for before the night.

Group bookings

The table for eight, sorted.

Nobody wants to be the one who pays for everyone and chases the rest. With Covered, each friend pays their own share.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until your event is over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays for stock and staff before the first drink is shaken.

Questions

Cocktail bars, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can I sell tickets to a masterclass?+

Yes. Create the event with a ticket, set how many are available and when it goes on sale, and share the page.

Can guests book a table?+

Yes. Choose seated when you create the event, draw your tables, and each party is given a table as they book.

Can I sell drinks with the ticket?+

Yes. Add extras such as a welcome drink or a bottle for the table, and guests add them while they book.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee to sell tickets. Covered's fee is 5% + card processing (minimum 30p per ticket), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
