Extras at checkout

Scanning at every gate

Scan tickets with the free Covered Entry app on as many phones as you need.

Meta Pixel built in

Add your Pixel and every ticket sale is reported back to your ads, through the browser and the Conversions API.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so stages and suppliers are paid while you're still selling.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until the festival's over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays for the stages, the acts and the site before the gates open.

Questions

Festivals, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can I sell different types of ticket?+

Yes. Add general admission, VIP or anything else as its own ticket, each with its own price and number available.

Can I schedule ticket releases?+

Yes. Add each release as its own ticket and set when each one goes on sale.

Can more than one person scan at the gate?+

Yes. Scan tickets with the free Covered Entry app on as many phones as you need.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee to sell tickets. Covered's fee is 5% + card processing (minimum 30p per ticket), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
