Built for live music

Everything a gig needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Releases that go on sale on their own, a presale for your fans, and a full room even when you sell out.

Scheduled releases

Sell an early bird, then line up the next release to go on sale at the time you set, automatically.

Fan presales

Hide a release behind a secret link or a code for your mailing list, then share it before general sale.

A waitlist when you sell out

Guests leave their details. If a ticket comes back, the next in line gets an email and a head start to book it.

Meta Pixel built in

Add your Pixel and every ticket sale is reported back to your ads, through the browser and the Conversions API.

Check-in at the door

Scan tickets with the free Covered Entry app on as many phones as you need.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so the band and the room hire are covered.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until the gig's over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays the band, the sound engineer and the deposit before the doors open.

Questions

Live music, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can I run a presale for my fans?+

Yes. Add a ticket hidden behind a secret link or a code, and share it with your mailing list before general sale.

Can I schedule ticket releases?+

Yes. Add each release as its own ticket with its own price and number available, and set when each one goes on sale.

What happens when a gig sells out?+

Guests can join the waitlist. If a ticket comes back, the next in line gets an email and a head start to book it.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee to sell tickets. Covered's fee is 5% + card processing (minimum 30p per ticket), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
