Built for rooftops

Everything a terrace needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

You've only got so many seats with a view. Sell them in advance, in the slots you want them filled.

Real tables

Draw your terrace and each party is given a real table. Your staff see exactly who's sitting where.

Arrival slots

Stagger guests across the evening, so the lift, the door and the bar aren't hit all at once.

Group bookings

On seated events, one person holds the table and everyone else pays their own share.

Drinks packages

Sell a spritz package or a bottle for the table with the booking, at checkout rather than at the bar.

A waitlist when you sell out

Guests leave their details. If a place comes back, the next in line gets an email and a head start to book it.

Paid every Monday

Money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out weekly, so stock and staff are paid for before the season's over.

Group bookings

The table for ten, sorted.

The birthday booking is one person paying for ten and chasing the rest for weeks. With Covered, each friend pays their own share.

Payouts

Paid every Monday. Not after the event.

The big ticketing platforms hold your money until your event is over, and then you wait for the payout. On Covered, ticket money goes into your own Stripe account and reaches your bank every week while you're still selling. That pays for stock and staff before the first table sits down.

Questions

Rooftops, answered.

When do I get paid?+

Every Monday, while you're still selling. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank weekly, not after the event as on most ticketing platforms. A brand-new account's first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your business.

Can I stagger arrivals?+

Yes. Add arrival times to the event and each guest picks one as they book.

Can each guest in a group pay their own share?+

Yes, on seated events. One person starts a group and the table is held for them. They share a link, friends each pay their own share, and the table is booked when the group fills or time runs out. Cards are only held until then, and if the group doesn't go ahead, nobody is charged.

Can I sell drinks packages?+

Yes. Add extras such as a spritz package or a bottle for the table, and guests add them while they book.

How much does Covered cost?+

Nothing to start and no monthly fee to sell tickets. Covered's fee is 5% + card processing (minimum 30p per ticket), which you can pass on to guests as a booking fee or cover yourself. Card processing is billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account.

Can I take bookings on my own website?+

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the full booking flow appears on your site, as well as on Covered and in the Covered Discover app.
